Can't close account - Amazon refuses to release Account Reserve Level Funds.

Can anyone explain how this is fixed.

I want to close my Amazon account but are unable and the case process is just a consistent stream of AI related reponseses. I am at my wits end and CAN"T wait to leave this Amazon life behind.

To confirm. High Vitality Ltd (my amazon account) has no ongoing A-Z claims, unresolved chargebacks or warnings. Our account health is good and we have not taken new orders in several months.

There is a good portion of money left in my UK and EU accounts that I want disbursed but I am unable to get any sense or direction how to do this.

Can anyone shed some light?

Is there a phone number for Seller Support?
