Call Me Button

Hello, So I have been appealing my account deactivation for months.

(Deactivated due to failing identity verification, despite sending copy’s of a utility bill and my utr number in my appeal it keeps getting rejected)

I finally had the call me button appear in my account a few days ago, so I got through to Amazon to ask to schedule a video call to verify my identity.
The lady I spoke to said she had put a note on my account and to re submit my documents one more time in the appeals section and it should be verified this time. If not request another call back and they would schedule the video call for me to verify.

Low and behold Amazon again rejected my documents and now the “Call Me” button has disappeared from my account so no way of getting back in contact with Amazon to schedule the video call.

Can anyone help please? I’ve literally gone around in circles for nearly a year now trying to sort this out.

I understand that you were trying to contact Account Health team for support. Also, the documents are not getting accepted.

You can also contact Account Health team by creating a case through Help option. Go to Help> Get Support> Selling on Amazon> Account Health> Reactivate your account> Select issue beside “Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support”> Describe the issue and click on Send.

While submitting required documents through the appeal option please check if they are meeting the below mentioned requirements.

  • Documents should display same information that matches the registration information on Amazon.
  • Should be clear and not blurry.
  • Should be authentic and unaltered.
  • Utility bill can be a water, electricity, gas, internet, telecom bill issued by the utility company, or a mobile phone bill.
  • If utility bill is not under your name, provide utility bill associated to the address registered on Amazon and any supporting document that prove that you are operating from the address.

Also having issues… Submitted a help request with Amazon and still haven’t heard back. Frustrating that there’s no phone number to call to resolve this - especially seeing as you still get charged even when you can’t use your account.
