1 Star Product Review But Isn't About My Item
Hi, I am a brand owner here on Amazon and I got a 1 star review on my product that is from a customer who us "unverified purchase" (they never purchased from me) and the review is talking about something that isn't even my product. I think they meant to review another product.
How do I go about getting this product review removed? Anyone know?
Thank you!

Amazon will not remove reviews like that...they are quite common

Don't worry about that. The review may drop a few days later.

I don't think unverified reviews count towards your stars. The worst situation would be a customer bought your product, and they were happy with it. They left you a positive written review, but clicked on 1 stars. Now that one sucks and you can't do anything about that.

all you have to do is write in about the problems, and then you will get answers that make no sense

Your options:
1) Disregard the 1-star review and focus on building 5-start reviews for your product(s)
2) Fight tooth-and-nail with Amazon and/or the customer (not your customer mind you, but Amazon's customer) to get the 1-star review removed (which will never happen in a blue moon)
Customers unfortunately do not always pay attention to what order they are leaving a review for (or an item they never ordered in your case) and they give a 1-star review just to blow off some steam.
In our experience, we fought to get a 1-star review removed for a broken chair the customer claimed we sold them--we don't sell chairs in general, let alone broken ones. After contacting Amazon, messaging the customer, etc. repeatedly, the review was never removed, but was eventually pushed down the pipe by more recent 5-star and 4-star reviews.
Chalk it up to experience in dealing with the public, and welcome to Amazon where the customer is always right!

same issue had before, amazon will never help you remove a review.

you won't be able to remove it. You can email the buyer and tell them about the mistake. sometimes they remove it. if not you are out of luck.
