You wont get any inventory back or money paid without to resolve an IP complaint.

As @Just_for_Play says the inventory and any money is stuck.
You need to realize when Amazon hits you with a product authenticity complaint everything is now suspected to be counterfeit and/or the proceeds from IP/counterfeit sales.
ALL of it is confiscated. There are actual laws on the books that prohibit release of such tainted merchandise and money.
Yours was probably only because you did not have written authorization to sell the products and the BRAND complained. It could be worse if you imported items and got caught.
Imagine how much is seized by the CBP every year as shown here --
'U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)-Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) seized 20,812 shipments containing goods that violated Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in Fiscal Year (FY) 2022, which equates to nearly 25 million counterfeit goods.

You can not create an order for the items that are reserved. In order to be able to remove it you need to prove they are authentic.

When it is in reserve you cannot remove it.

Just in case, set up your auto removal to be shipped back to you. That way if you do get the compliance resolved before the deadline, any remaining inventory will go to you.

All your inventory now belongs to Amazon. They won't even send you a thank you.

write a plan of action in which you agree to recall all FBA inventory for audit.
That's what I had to do in 2015 or so.
And guess what? I got a lot of comingled media from other sellers....that's not supposed to happen....kinda makes you wonder how Amazon can hold any seller responsible for an inauthenticity complaint when inventory is swapped by them.
