How to change the size name of an existing variation?

1. Message seller support
2. Get back a message telling you how to edit an item
3. Message support again explaining you know how to edit item but the system wont let you make the change
4. Get back a message (same as 2)
5. Message support again in very simple step by step instructions explaining how you are trying to edit item in the method they describe but the system will not let you make changes
6. Get message back asking for picture of item, packaging, EAN number, invoices, website link of supplier, etc etc
7. Wait a week then message support asking if they have any news
8. Get message back asking for picture of item, packaging, EAN number, invoices, website link of supplier, etc etc
9. Message back saying you have already supplied this info but here are the pictures again
10. Wait a week then message support to see if they have any news
11. Get a message saying they cannot help but have passed on the request to the catalogue team so will close the case as solved
12. A week later, still no news so re-open a new case and repeat all above steps
13. Finally get a message from catalogue team asking for more information
14. Get a message from catalogue team asking for pictures
15. Re-send pictures again (and bang head against wall several times)
16. Catalogue team suggests using a upload file to make the changes
17. Write back explaining how come some people can make changes to colour, size etc without having to go through all these loops.
18. Finally give up - lie down in a dark room and take medication

Yes been there and this is exactly how it went. Good luck but support is only way to get it changed.
