Why not all units are prime eligible
Hello!
Please could someone explain why my shipments close and why not all units are Prime Eligible?
Shouldn't they all be prime eligible if you are FBA?
Practically all my shipments close with this same situation.

That depends. We need more information to answer your question.
Are you only selling on one ASIN? Or are some ASINs Prime eligible and others are not?
If you're only selling 1 ASIN, are some units in reserved (moving warehouses, or fc-processing?)

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. I remember we had a similar discussion on this thread. Units are not yet Prime Eligible is because they go through FC Processing. Once that has been completed those units shift to prime eligible, sometimes it just takes a bit of time.
