Amazon is asking me for Proof of Registration & Statutes (by-laws/articles of association)
Hi, amazon is asking me to provide the following:
- Proof of Registration
- Statutes (by-laws/articles of association) - Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).
Which documents are these and where will I find them?
- For “proof of registration” is the “company snapshot” enough, which is downloadable on the company house website?
- For statutes: is this something I can download online or is it something which I have recieved in the post in the past. On some forums some have mentioned it is the IN01 docs, is this correct?

An update, I provided the following and it got accepted:
I provided the company snapshot which is available on companies house website under the “more” tab.
I also provided the original docs (pdf) when we registered the company. Mine was 27 pages long. I got it from my accountant.
It has the following documents in it:
- Certificate of incorporation of a private company,
- IN01 (application to register a company),
- Memorandum of association,
- Articles of association (about 18 pages long).

They should all be available on Companies House.

Proof of registration will be the certificate of incorporation.
And the statutes are exactly what they say they are.
Both you should have uploaded to companies house when the company was created.
