feedback manager dashboard showing incorrect percentage

Feedback manager dashboard keeps showing 91% (10) positive and 9% (1) neutral feedback

While there are 2 neutral feedback in last 30 days, both were checked off by Amazon as they were FBA related but Feedback Manager Dashboard do not seem to update the ratings.

And seller support just do not seem to understand the issue.
