Read onlyI am not sure there is any solution to this one but if anyone has any ideas I am willing to listen.
Buyer has returned an item using an amazon provided Evri shipping label.
The item was returned used and damaged. I have opened a safe T Claim and sent all the required images.
Amazon requested an image of the shipping label. I had already sent the label image so double checked it...... the return label does not include the bar code and tracking number. Just the QR code and the RMA number see image. It looks like Amazon are going to reject the claim based on the lack of tracking number on the return label. Of course I cant speak to anyone at amazon who can confirm that the rejection is due to the lack of a tracking number on the label but I am pretty sure thats the reason...... Any thoughts of a work around here??
