Have all the mods been sacked
I cannot see any sign of any "mod" activity in the last couple of weeks. Have they all been sacked?

I wouldn't be surprised if they'd had their activity pulled back for being too helpful.
There were getting to be a lot of issues that the mods had become a 'next step' up from seller support for. If higher ups decided too much of the mods time was being spent acting as a more competent seller support, which wasn't supposed to be their purpose originally, then I wouldn't be surprised if they've pulled back on mod interaction.

Hi dunsterville34,
I was wondering about this, but have noticed posts by NR_Amazon, Jonathan_Amazon, Dougal_Amazon, Indy_Amazon and Zyan_Amazon in the past few days, but I haven't seen any of the 'regulars' since 1st Jan... ?
Most of those last posted 4 weeks ago or more...
And there are many issues left unaddressed
Of course, as the ones above have failed to select images that show pedestrian crossings, we can't be sure they're human...
All Best

Wouldnt be surprised. I'm 90% sure the seller support 'live chat' is just another chatbot poorly disguised as various different humans (I know theres a script they generally have to stick to but lately all interactions and reponses to questions have been exactly the same, it doesnt feel like talking to a real person at all). So the next logical step to Amazon wanting AI running everything would be to get rid of the mods.

I asked the same 2 weeks ago!
There was 1 reply I saw in the last couple of days, from one I'd not seen before: @NR_Amazon but no reply from them after that initial response. So, maybe AI ?
Maybe all the helpful real humans from before were sacked as we both wonder.

Says it all when the order of content on the homepage has changed to show the Forum posts no longer first but last in the left hand frame !!

It does seem we're starting to get some mods filtering in again. Some of the posts, at least to me, don't read like they're AI, so hopefully it was just responsibilities being reassigned and now they're back active again.
