Problems with brand registration on Brand Registry
We are Drive Int. AG and the ONLY trademark owner of the brand: Little Joe. We have already officially registered the brand under our name. We now wanted to open an account on Amazon and register our brand on Brand Registry but IT DOES NOT WORK!
We always get the error message that the brand has already been registered on Amazon Brand Registry! How can this be if we are the ONLY official brand owners?
We have tried to contact Amazon in thousands of ways - always without success! We have written several emails to different emails with all the documents but NEVER got a response!
Now we have received an email from Amazon Brand Registry Support with a link to continue the case. & when I click on the link it says that it is not a valid case........... What should we do then????
Does anyone know where to contact to get the stolen brand registration back on Amazon Brand Registry????
It is more than urgent and we are very very grateful for any help!!!

My guess would be the brand that is already registered as 'Little Joe' is causing confusion to brand registry.
Search B07T8NRNQZ on amazon, it's a brand called Little Joe that sells air fresheners
They also have 'Little Joe' trademarked (UK00801236484) just in a different class.
You own the trademark/brand for the class you've registered it in, but you do not own the wording 'Little Joe' - for example I could set up a company selling cheese and use the brand 'Little Joe' and likely have no issues getting it trademarked as its not in conflict with the other uses of 'Little Joe' as a trademark - I am just explaining that because you called it a stole brand registration.
Hope that helps somewhat, I am not sure what the solution is but it might help in understanding the issue.
