Read onlyI had a seller account deactivated 8 years ago as a couple of buyers claimed items where fake but wanted to keep them if I issued a refund, anyway amazon deactivated my account and I'm trying to have it reactivated but keep getting you have not submitted enough information. Can anyone check the POA I have written to see if I'm writing it correctly ?
This was the POA
I was notified of issues related to for the following listings:
ASIN: (B001AN0UTC) Title: (Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Mineral Veil)
ASIN: (B001F7F5ZM) Title: (MAC STUDIO FINISH)
ASIN: (B00O5FKLQY) Title: (Laura Geller Baked Blush Highlighter)
What is the root cause of this issue:
•I purchased the products from what I believed to be a reputable distributor of Laura Geller,Bareminerals & MAC products without contacting the rights owner for confirmation.
•I did not have the brand owner’s permission to sell their items on Amazon.
•I did not seek authorization from the brands prior to offering their products for sale.
• Did not contact the brand rights owner to confirm authenticity of the products being sold
•Created a product listing page without permission from the brand rights owner Corrective Actions I Have Implemented:
• All of the items have been removed from my inventory and after reactivation I wish to close this selling account as I do not sell cosmetic or branded products now.
What I will do to prevent this in the future:
I will not be selling branded products or cosmetics on the amazon platform
•I will source inventory from the brand rights owners authorized suppliers to ensure that I provide Amazon’s customers with authentic products.
•I will verify that products match the product detail page and will not create any additional product pages for said products.
• I will obtain permission from Brand Rights Owners to become an authorized reseller of the brand on amazon before listing any items.
•I will save copies of all invoices, so that I may provide Amazon with documentation evidence of my supply chain.
•Items which I'm not 100% confident are completely free from possible infringements, I will not list or offer these products on the Amazon platform.
•Continue to review Amazon’s Intellectual Property Policies to ensure compliance. By diligently reviewing Amazon’s policies, I will be better equipped to proactively prevent any potential infringement issues in the future.
•Verify that the products match the product detail page before listing them for sale.
•Conduct daily reviews and respond to all policy warnings and customer queries to proactively address any issues. Should an issue arise, I will be able to investigate it immediately.
I understand that in order to maintain Amazon’s trust, I must continuously provide customers with a superior shopping experience, only offering products that are authentic, new and sourced from reputable suppliers like ****** (invoice attached) Please note when calling this supplier they are based in the UK +44 and drop the
