I can understand your frustration here. @Medic is correct--it appears this seller is using the Striking of feedback functionality with great success. From the linked help page:
"Amazon might strike-through feedback in the following cases:
- The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.
- The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear, "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller".
The language in the "Message from Amazon" clearly aligns to the first bullet point, which tells me the comment has a strike-through based on the shipping, not the products themselves. Thankfully, the comments are still readable, so customers can see for themselves the negative feedback.
All that said, I agree this seller has not earned that five star feedback. Have you tried reporting him through the Report a Violation tool? This would be a good place to start.

Hi @Seller_OZLbFbESxvGGQ-- my usage here was to say, he's succeeding in getting his items marked with a strike through. I'm in no way saying it was a success for our customers. I appreciate the correction on my word usage and can see how my word choice could be misunderstood, and apologize for that.
