Anyone can help me with Button Cell Compliance?
I've uploaded the compliance file 3 times recently and I get the same response:
Amazon’s policies require that products containing button or coin batteries sold in the Amazon store meet specified certification standards. To sell these products on Amazon, you must apply and submit the following:
• Images showing product model/item number, relevant safety information, compliance markings, hazard warnings, and all sides of the product packaging;
• Product images as evidence of compliance with the following:
i) Precautionary labeling statement requirements (Public Law 117-171)
ii) Reese’s Law Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) on labelling of consumer product button cell or coin batteries
I don't know what to do next, anyone can help ? Thank you so much!!!

Typically with this policy I would direct you to our policy page on button cell batteries. This policy provides our specific requirements to verify compliance. Along with the provided testing requirements it lists additionally required documentation or information to verify compliance, you will need to ensure everything requested has been provided.
Button Cell Batteries by themselves require all of the below documents::
- 16 CFR Part 1700.15 (Poison prevention packaging standards); and
- 16 CFR Part 1700.20 (Testing procedure for special packaging); and
- ANSI C18.3M (Safety standard for portable lithium primary cells and batteries)
If your product contains these types of batteries, we require all of the below documents:
- 16 CFR PART 1263—Safety standard for button cell or coin batteries and consumer products containing such batteries
- ANSI/UL 4200A (Safety standard for products incorporating button or coin cell batteries)
This will ensure that they not only meet public safety requirements but also meets our requirements to be sold. Additionally, if you have provided these specific documents, can you provide your related case ID so we can look further into your situation?
