Looking to sell an item i have purchased from a wholesaler. Only Amazon sell this product. How do i make sure its not a private label? Or is it because Amazon are selling it anyone can?

I've only been selling generic products thus far into my Amazon seller journey.

I'm looking to head down the private label listing route shortly and wanted to know if I'm permitted to sell private label products under my account that has only sold generic products? Would I need to change anything or is the process the same?

this seller has a habit of taking branded products and simply selling them on their own brand so that others cannot sell them (as he will kick them off). when i try the same i am met with a trademark violation and i cannot list them. i have reported this selling behaviour to amazon but they do not seem to care. B0B86P8X2X. if i try to list within a few hours i am hit with a violation.
