What does individual seller is allowed to sell on Amazon?
An individual seller - that is individual seller and not individual plan - is not a business seller and can therefore only sell their own second hand used goods
The above is correct - the Individual Seller Account (the legal entity) is simply for sellers selling off their own personal second-hand items, such as books, DVDs, CDs etc, and NOT new items.
if you are buying stock to sell on then you MUST be registered with HMRC as self-employed,keep accounts, and also with Amazon with a BUSINESS Seller account
There is an Individual Selling Plan, where you do not pay the monthly fee of £30, but an extra fee per sale, or the Professional Selling Plan (£30 a month).
Any seller (ie either legal entity) can choose either plan to sell with.
You need to choose the correct Seller Account type, and then choose Selling Plan type - which you can change as and when you like via your account settings.
Thanks, for your info, I really appreciate that , I have already registered my business with COMPANY HOUSE exactly two month ago back in Feb. 2021. So I already have a PROFFESSIONAL ACCOUNT, Not INDIVIDUAL Account with Amazon.
Did you register as a business and provide all your limited company details?
You have the professional selling plan and have registered your business info but seem to be currently suspended. You probably need to share the messages from Amazon as it is hard to work out what has happened.
Your other thread suggests it’s a change of legal entity not selling plan, instead of everyone guessing please can you post the email from. Amazon
Email seller-verification@amazon.co.uk from the email address you login with
Explain that you want to change your legal identity and they will send you a link or open identity change option.
Keep an eye out though on the business information page as they will most likely change it without telling you
