Funds on hold
I recently started selling on Amazon. After a week, I have been removed from the account stating that my details could not be verified despite sending all required documentation multiple times.
After attempting to contact Amazon numerous times, automated messages back is the only correspondence I have had.
Now, all my funds are on hold which is causing significant financial issues for me as this is in excess of £3000.
Please can anybody advise if this has happened to them and if anybody knows how this can be rectified.

Account verification can take quite some time, you just need to be patient, but it seems that there must be something that they are not happy with ? - have they told you what it is they are not accepting ?
Also, regarding funds, ALL sellers are on what they call DD+7, ie, funds are not released until 7 days after the date of delivery, but also all accounts have a reserve in case of returns and refunds.
There has recently been a very long thread about the resereve - worth a read (link below), but nothing you can do about the release of your funds until your account is fully verified.
