Amazon USA returns
i’ve just noticed amazon have been refunded all my amazon.com customers who asked for returns without requiring customer to return the item. (thanks amazon)
I ship to US customers from UK
It seems they updated their policy with regard to international returns
I can no longer send the customer a label for them to use to return to a partner company who receive my returns. They just refund the customer
What is everyone else doing who sell on amazon.com but are based in europe?

This new “policy” was implemented some time ago. You now need a return address in the same country as the buyer, if you don’t they get an instant refund and are TOLD to keep the item.

If you’re shipping to the US, use another platform as Amazon isn’t viable in our opinion.
