legal action against Amazon for a lost pallet

I had a pallet of olive oil delivered to Amazon 2 months ago and its disappeared. I have PoD. Amazon ignore all communications but I have records of all comms. Ive tried many different routes to get a response but not a single response. Chat pass it up where it is ignored.

I now plan to take them to the small claims court to recover the loss. Has anyone done this or does anyone know of a viable alternative?

Have you raised via an email to the managing director? The escalations team tend to be more helpful, they definitely respond quicker., although even these guys initially push back and say no, but then when I present the facts they have agreed with me in my experience.

they normally pay if anything missing from their warehouse. I had twice situation like box delivered by UPS and I had to wait like month. They reimburse the amount missing. You should have claim missing units in you FBA shipment after certain time
