Does anyone else have this problem? I am unable to create an FBA shipment.

I keep getting the error: "Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one."

I tried refreshing, trying other computers, deleting and re-doing the shipment, but nothing seems to work.

I am trying the new recommended option for shipment that Amazon has launched (sending 10 smaller boxes).

We encounter an error when attempting to create a shipment, unless Amazon marks the error as resolved. Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated, and we are unable to create shipments at this time. For more information, Amazon has indicated that our ability to create shipments is temporarily disabled.

Hi all, tried searching but couldn't find anything... is there a way to create FBA shipments by scanning the barcodes with a barcode scanner? For example, 1 empty box ready to fill, use a barcode scanner to scan items as you put them in the box which then creates the FBA shipment instead of manually adding each/quantities item on the create shipment page.

I can see a guide for years ago when Amazon was pretty new but cannot find anything about if this is something you can do now. Just think it would be a good idea save manually typing in how many of each item you are adding. Will stop any issues with incorrect amounts being sent too.
