My Account Deactivated

Hello everyone, I received an email from Amazon that my account was deactivated. The email contained the order IDs of 10 orders and asked for proof of delivery of these orders. Although I sent all the requested documents and information, I get the mail that we do not have enough information and the same mail comes. I need help. Has anyone experienced such a problem before?

As the notification is in Spanish, perhaps you might find more luck on the Spanish Forums. You can do so by selecting 'Spain' in the drop-down menu of the Forums home-page.
