Vine Program - No Claims
I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if an Amazon rep could help me. I launched our product 2 weeks ago and offered our ASINS on the Vine program and they were approved and made available immediately. I have not received any claims for our product.
Our product is selling and we already have a couple of 5 star reviews from paying customers, so I know we have a good product. I feel like there is a glitch, but every time I contact support they hit the “generic” reply and say not all claimed products will be reviewed or ASINS must be live….I know another new product in our category (a competitor) has already received many Vine Reviews. I’m feeling so frustrated and hitting a brick wall.

I am sorry to hear about your frustrations here, but hoping I can provide you with some additional information on the Vine Program. I've pulled the below from this link that has additional information on the Vine Program as well.
Here are some prerequisites to participate in Vine:
- You must be a Professional Selling Partner.
- You must have registered a brand in Amazon Brand Registry
- You must be identified as a brand owner.
- You must have eligible FBA offers
In order to be eligible, the items you enroll must meet the following criteria:
- Be brand registered in Amazon Brand Registry
- Have fewer than 30 reviews on the product detail page
- Have a buyable FBA offer in "New" condition
- Not be an adult product
- Have already launched at the time of enrollment
- Have available inventory
- Have an image and a description
In addition to our general restrictions, products are excluded from Vine for the following scenarios:
- The products require to bundle multiple products for delivery or review.
- The products require the reviewers to separately order another product in order to conduct a review.
- Note: Accessories for widely-owned products are permitted such as, cases for popular mobile phones can be enrolled, but you must not enroll an ink cartridge that requires a specific printer or a replacement battery that only works in a particular camera.
The products do not correspond to the exact product listed on the FBA offer.

Why were some of my units not reviewed?
- There is no deadline for Vine Voices to write reviews for the products they receive through Vine. We track our Vine Voices' active participation in the program, and they may be removed from Vine if they do not meet our participation criteria.
I enrolled an item in Vine but did not get a review. Will I pay for this enrollment?
- No, we bill you for the enrollment after the publication of the first Vine review.
