Printing DPD labels on Amazon and on the DPD app directly not working on the same PC!
Hi
Does anybody have a DPD account and want to print both DPD Amazon labels and labels from DPD directly via their website or app? For some reason this is not possible on the same PC? Is there any truth in this? We have spent weeks to try fix this and speak to both dpd and amazon with no success, apparantly it is not possible as it causes a conflict on the computer so two computers are necessary, to print on each one individually.
Any advise or experience anybody has on this issue please?

Unfortunately, we do not provide support to the DPD app. In this case, you should contact them directly for them to troubleshoot your concern.
Also, as per Amazon Partnered Carrier: DPD Group carrier guidelines for small parcel delivery help page, it is recommended to use the service through their website. You can give that a try instead of their app.
If any other seller has experienced something similar and can share how to solve it or any tips, please feel free to participate and help a colleague out.
