Trademark 'misuse'

We've received a 'Suspected Intellectual Property Violations' for 'Trademark misuse(FRED)'.

If I delete the ASIN in question should the 'violation' disappear?

The item in question is a Fred Flintstone Funko toy, which doesn't in any way violate the FRED tradmark ("The mark consists of the word "FRED" inside an oval shape") - do we think Amazon will be investing in making their AI actually intelligent any time soon?
