Listed a New item but buy box is not showing
I recently just listed a new product on Amazon but when I click my listing I see "See All Buying Options".
My Product is priced very low, I offer fast shipping and I have a professional Amazon account. I have a Jungle Scout extension and it shows that fulfillment is blank on my listing. When I checked other sellers with "See All Buying Options" Their fulfillment showed blank with the Jungle Scout extension.
Is this a bug or something? and how do get the buy box?

This is a common problem with new items.
Amazon does not award you the buy box until you have, at least, 1 review on the listing. At that point you will be eligible for the buy box.
This does not mean that this will be the rule forever. Amazon tends to change this. Sometimes you need one review...other times you need an active sales history with that item.

Hi there @Seller_5DgeFjaQPbQ5l- and welcome to the seller forums! I appreciate you looking here for some guidance on this topic.
First you will want to confirm you are eligible for the featured offer. There is a tool on this page that you can use to check, or use the filter on your 'Manage Inventory' dashboard. It's important to note though, that being eligible to be the featured offer, does not guarantee yours will be the featured offer.
Becoming the Featured Offer is then determined by our system. Following the best practices listed on that page, which it sounds like you already are, will best position your offer. As you mentioned you did just list the item, I will echo @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbvthat more history for the account and listing may be needed before it is featured. Other factors like account history, health, and many others are also taken into account. Note that all factors cannot be shared, even internally, due to privacy reasons.
I hope this information helps, and congratulations on listing the new product!
Best,
Danny
