FBA - Stock is available, but 2 week delivery time

Hi all

I have been back and forth with Amazon support on this, but cannot seem to get a clear answer. We FBA all our stock, everything is Prime and has next day delivery.

For ASIN B0FLF7SBYW - we have 9 showing under "available" in FBA (I have checked - they are not on transfer to another FC or reserved).

The issue is, the delivery time on the website to customers is showing as 2 weeks (I have tried many UK postcodes but its still 2 weeks). This product has been Prime before with the Prime badge.

Customer support cannot fix it, so they escalate it but I am having no joy. They keep asking if its a Prime account, and it is, I send them a screenshot with other products that show as prime...

Can someone explain why this product has a 2 week delivery, despite 9 being available in the FC please?

I am currently having this same issue with two ASIN which are at the fulfilment centre DSA2 North Yorkshire. One was showing prime and next day delivery but now has gone back to over two weeks delivery. I have spoken to over 17 ppl at seller support and have been given every excuse under the sun! The most resent excuse this morning was the items are at a fulfilment to far away from the customer but I know this to be lies as i've changed the post code of delivery to near this fulfilment centre and still given the same two weeks delivery! Screen shots alll provided and NO BODY is giving a resolution to fix this issue. Ive been dealing with this issue since 10th September

Can we get more clarity on this please from any of the mods? We have been experiencing the same with at least 3 MCF orders (that we know of), and the answer we are getting from Seller Support isn’t even acknowledging the severely delayed estimate, but we are told to check back again a further 7 days after the 15 or so calendar days already being quoted. These are products and services we have already paid for, a professional seller subscription plus the fulfilment fee, along with the fees incurred sending into FBA. A little transparency will go a long way to not feel like Amazon is hiding something from sellers and charging them for the ‘privilege.’

Many of our stock are now showing this delivery estimates of over 2 weeks, when inventory reports say they are available. Please could someone from the mods step in as we aren’t being given any answers nor fixes? These items should be displaying the Prime badge and be offered the Prime service and delivery.

We're experiencing a similar issue - many of our listings are now showing a 2-week delivery estimate, even though FBA inventory is showing available and shipments are showing receiving, there's no change to the status for last 2 weeks. As a result, we've lost the Buy Box on several listings and have been unable to fulfil MCF orders. Has anyone found a solution or explanation for this?

Hello,

Were these units recently received at the FC? Units are made available for sale as they are scanned as received. However, if they are transferred to another FC, they will be available for sale, but with a longer shipping timeline.

We experienced the same issue, but it seems to have resolved itself today.

I spoke with Seller Support this morning—while they only advised waiting until the shipment closes in a couple of days, I’ve noticed the stock is already available for next-day delivery.

Just wondering, are your ASINs showing as available now?

are you guys still having issues with this, my situation has improved but I’m still not offering next day delivery compared to other sellers.

Are you all having the same issue, also I still have orders placed from 2 weeks ago not even been sent out yet??

We're experiencing a similar issue - many of our listings are now showing a 2-week delivery estimate, even though FBA inventory is showing available and shipments are showing receiving, there's no change to the status for last 2 weeks. As a result, we've lost the Buy Box on several listings and have been unable to fulfil MCF orders. Has anyone found a solution or explanation for this?

Were these units recently received at the FC? Units are made available for sale as they are scanned as received. However, if they are transferred to another FC, they will be available for sale, but with a longer shipping timeline.
