Getting refund when downgrading from Pro to Individual Seller Account
When I set up my Seller account over a month ago, I inadvertently signed up for Professional Seller instead of Individual Seller account.
I downgraded it to Individual Seller the next day, but Amazon had already charged me $39.99 for the first month.
They told me I could get a one-time refund, but when I request it, they deny it, saying I had not paid any fees the past 90 days (which is not true).
How do I resolve this issue - can I speak to someone at Amazon and explain?

An individual account does not have phone support.
You will need to show that you were charged. I recommend a jpg of the bill showing the charge.

During this interval, have you used any of the “services” – i.e. have you listed anything for sale? If yes, then you are not eligible for refund.
