Organic rank lost drastically
I raised seller support case to merge reviews for variations for a different marketplace but the seller support as always made the mistake by doing something with my listing in UK’s marketplace instead. This has resulted organic rank of my product fall down drastically in UK. This listing was in top 10 for 12 keywords and in top 5 for 5 main keywords which took a long time to reach this level, and now its in top 10 for just 1 minor keyword and not ranked at all for most keywords. This is really frustrating as I am losing sales big time now.
How do I go about fixing this issue? I have opened many cases but no joy as usual.

A lot of sellers have lost their organic rankings myself included. Amazon updated their search algorithm in early september. That’s when for a lot of sellers their rankings nose dived. My September and october is 50 percent down on last year. It hasnt been this level for quite a few years for me and I an fba only.
