Account Reactivation Request
I really need help to reactivate my account. this has been on for over 2 years now, I have done verification process my details, etc, was also asked to update my card details for the different markets which I did and monies was collected from my account. Since then I could no longer access my account. Trying to access I get the Invalid Charge Method screen asking I replace charge method.
Please, I will appreciate if this could be resolve to enable me get back into selling. Errors should be able to get resolve without taking forever process.
I have attached below the photo of money collected from my bank account.
Again, I will really appreciate if this can be resolved.

No-one here can resolve your problem - this is a forum of other sellers and not Amazon you are messaging, and none of us have access to your account. It does seem that the issue is with your charge method, but personally cannot advise. Have you updated in all marketplaces ?

Following up on this thread. My best advice will be for you to follow the steps showing on seller central front page, to update the charge method on your account first, and then following with the verification process in order to reactivate your account.
