Suspected Trademark Misuse
So what is the procedure when you OWN a brand, have it brand registered, and then out of no where, amazon flags all your listings for 'potential trademark misuse' for using the brand, which you own.
It makes no sense, and each violation has a medium impact so it's put the account at risk of deactivation.
There is no way to appeal, only to edit listing, but obviously I dont want to edit the listing to remove the brand name which I own and am totally entitled to use?
Any one else experienced this?
Can any one help on this? @Winston_Amazon @Julia_Amazon@Sakura_Amazon_

Amazon’s trademark protection policies are designed to safeguard brands and ensure that only authorized sellers can use specific brand names, which helps maintain the integrity and trust of the marketplace. In cases where there are flagging issues, it’s often a safeguard to prevent potential misuse or counterfeit listings, even if the brand owner is legitimate. The process might seem frustrating, but Amazon's measures are ultimately in place to protect both buyers and sellers from unauthorized activity. If this occurs, it's worth reaching out directly to Amazon's Brand Registry support team to clarify the situation and resolve the issue efficiently. Their goal is to support brand owners and ensure the marketplace remains fair for everyone.
