Account status Showing as Invalid. HELP!
We have been selling on Amazon for many years, but yesterday received a message which read as follows:
Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.
Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.
Please do not hesitate to contact Seller Support with any questions you may have:

Kind regards,

Following receipt of message all our listings are now deactivated and our account status is shown as invalid.
We have never received any correspondence from Amazon prior to this In fact we have not received any notification for 18 months plus. We have never received any request for information prior to this.
Has anyone here had similar issues? I am at a loss as to why this has happened. Our performance status is okay. This seems to be only our UK, DE, FR, ES, IT and NL listings. Our listings for US and CA are live and our account status is valid
We have tried contacting Amazon today but have been cut off twice when whilst waiting for a response. Hope somewhere out there can help.

Hi it may be in case logs, performance notifications or email - If you go into your account info and in each tab such as address etc. one or more is likely to have something showing to upload info.
It seems they are going through things at the moment - our account is showing " You currently have limited access to Amazon Selling Services" due to a rep not reading something right yesterday and triggered us to re-send more or less everything everytime I was replying to the case that would go then something else would pop up.

By the look of things, Amazon must be going through a new wave of checks on accounts as many sellers are reporting going through re-verification.
We are not affected, but we’ve noticed, that amazon few days ago made few £1 test charges to our card and all of those within few minutes from each other.

This is the clue, its not an Identity Verification, its your bank account or credit card information that is the problem. Check those, expiry date on card, any recent changes to your bank account etc
