I received an email confirming that my account has been activated However....
I had a video call as requested by Amazon, and I received an email confirming that my account has been activated. The same notification was also received in the performance notification. However, when I checked my account, I still noticed that my funds are blocked by Amazon and have not been released.
According to the email sent to me, my account was supposed to be activated. Could you please check on this?
