Assistance Needed - Test buy - Removing hijackers
Good morning, Amazon Sellers,
We are currently selling via FBA on Amazon (Brand owners), and we've noticed several FBM sellers under our listing. I am 99% certain that they are misleading customers by selling incorrect products, which is a violation of Amazon's policies.
Unfortunately, test buying is not a viable option for us, as these sellers only ship within Germany, and our company is based outside of Germany, meaning we do not have a local address to place test orders.
Are there alternative ways to remove these sellers from the listing? Alternatively, does anyone know of a service provider in Germany that offers test-buying services?

Options:
- You can have the test purchases carried out by a lawyer
- You can use the Transparency Program.

Why should the FBM sellers all be hijackers? We sell almost exclusively used goods. Of course, we can also sell your products as used here on Amazon.
