Two step verification code not working on mobile
Hi
I’m having trouble getting texts through on my phone for the 2 step verification otp codes. I can still sign into amazon via landline but texts arent working. I have cleared cookies etc in my phone but it’s still refusing to play. It’s not a huge problem at the moment but if I step out the house and need the code it will be.
Any ideas he to fix this?

Make sure your bank details (last 4 card digits) that Amazon hold are correct.

Presumably you have ticked the check box that says do not ask again for codes on this device? If so, one way of preventing this is to change your password, if it doesn’t cause you any difficulty. A new password will require the OTP and then when you sign in again, with the check box ticked for no future requirement, it should hopefully stay operational. We have had a similar problem in the past when linking our Amazon account to things like P2G or Hermes and then going back onto Amazon. Give it a whirl and see how you get on
