Account deactivated for the product i never listed or purchase

My account was deactivated for the asin product that i have no clue about or ever listed. I looked up the product when they told me and i found out that i do not know the product or even ever thought about buying it or adding it on my list. They are asking for the authenticity of the product which have never sold or listed.
