My company sells clothing in EU markets, which is well into thousands. Amazon has highlighted the need to state via a tick box that they don't have any warning and safety information, as it can be used safely and as intended without it by December.

After I submit, it's unclear which products have been sent for approval, when they will be approved, or if the system has even received my submission successfully. The number of products needing this tick box clarification never seems to decrease.

Is there a way to manage all this using a single flat file for each EU market?

For the past 2 months one of my products has been unsellable due to amazon requesting that I do the UK_18_Knife attribute to the listing.

I have tried many ways including downloading a flat file and adding the customer_restriction_type to the flat file.

None of this has worked.

Please can someone help. Would be very much appreciated :)

I'm adding a parent with 30 child ASINs via XLS file. These products have never been on Amazon before. Does the below screenshot look correct? I've never uploaded via a flat file before, always used the "Blank Page" section on "Add a Product".

- I have 1 parent with 30 child ASINs seperated by 2 variations.
