KYC Verification Blocked – No option to Upload Documents
My account has been deactivated since 5 November due to business establishment verification. I uploaded the requested documents on 6 November and subsequently received a rejection email on 4 December. Unfortunately, no specific reason for the rejection was provided, and no additional documents were requested.
At present, there is no option available to upload further documents to resolve this issue. Seller Support has also been unable to provide any clear guidance or a helpful resolution.
As a result, our funds and a significant amount of inventory are currently on hold, with the added risk of disposal or removal. This situation is severely impacting our business operations ( struggling to payoff debts and not ongoing business activity) , and this unexpected and unclear KYC verification process—without explanation or a path to resolution—has placed us in a difficult position.
I kindly request that a moderator review this matter and assist in resolving the issue.
I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hello,
This is Zyan from Amazon, and I am here to assist you.
I understand your account has been deactivated since November 5, 2025 due to business establishment verification. You uploaded the requested documents on November 6, 2025 and received a rejection email on December 4, 2025 without a specific reason provided.
I want to educate you on an important point: whenever an account is deactivated, there will always be an option to appeal and reinstate the account. Please check the appeal option on your Account Health Page in Seller Central. This is where you can submit additional documents or information required for verification.
Regarding your funds on hold, I recommend contacting the disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk team. They will investigate your case and help you with the next steps to resolve the fund disbursement issue.
Regarding your inventory at risk of disposal or removal, please create a case with the Seller Partner Support (SPS) team from the Help option in Seller Central. They will be able to assist you with inventory management and prevent any unwanted disposal.
Please check the Account Health Page for the appeal option and reach out to the teams mentioned above for your funds and inventory concerns.
Regards,
Zyan
