1. We Shipped inventory on Feb/27/2024, (Shipment ID: FBA17RBK380D) to SWF2 - Hopewell Junction, NY.
2. It was delivered and closed in shipment summary section but when we check our inventory ledger nothing is showing their
3. We created two cases (14934422201,15385956901) for reimbursement or getting our inventory in stock, but there’s been no progress.
4. Most importantly Amazon has neither put our inventory in stock nor issued our reimbursement.
We feel Cheated & disappointed with how things turned out.

I am writing to after of many follow up on Shipment ID: FBA17RBK380D, which has seen no progress in over eight months.
We have previously opened two cases regarding this issue (Case IDs: 14934422201 and 15385956901) and have consistently requested updates, but we have yet to receive a response.
Given the extensive delay and lack of communication, Lead us to feeling cheated and helpless, we now request a reimbursement for this shipment.
Please expedite the reimbursement process and provide confirmation at your earliest.
