Christmas Day. 2pm. The smell of Christmas dinner is so divine. We are ready to sit down with the family and enjoy ourselves for a change, forgetting for a few hours about the busy side of running own business.
Then, an email from Amazon popped up on our phones. "Merry Christmas" perhaps? "Thank you for being a part of our multimillion business" maybe? No!
"Your listings have been removed due to Restricted Products compliance". Again. Again by a mistake of the bot, that clearly doesn't stop on Christmas Day. "You can appeal (again), but we won't reply to you until Monday, because legal team doesn't work bank holidays and weekends. But you should."

exactly the same, Go all year well 3 years without one, then a counterfeit claim on on Christmas morning, then another boxing day, absolutely unreal, got both removed, as had invoices but, it still makes you wonder, was it a bot, rival or automated return options for the buyer?

This is a common theme with Amazon. We have received multiple notifications in the past in which their bots incorrectly flagged and removed our listings.
Every single one of these messages arrived on a closed business day, either at the start of a holiday period or at 8pm on a Friday, just after we close for the weekend.
It's almost as if they know they are wrong but don't want you to be in work to challenge them.
