Same issue here i'm clearly a UK based company all documentation sent and about 50 messages and still no answer the system accepted all my paperwork and still deactivated with the VAT team taking a month between answers and no substance. so its now been 4 months and no help to get this issue resolved but they are more than happy to take my money the support for a multi billion pound company is the worst i've ever come across.
