I had this too - checked my Amazon seller account and no indication of any problems, so deleted it.

We had similar emails in the past, which were actually genuine Amazon emails.

Contact Amazon Seller Support to confirm whether this is genuine or not. In our case, the bank account was not named in the way they were expecting. The business bank account held details showing…

Principle Account Holder/ Director
Name of Business
Address…

Amazon were not happy with the Name of Business as the bank account name and wanted it changed to the principle account holder - it took months to make these changes are they are totally useless and wanted everything by FAX - I mean fax?! a Fax to Germany, who the heck uses a fax these days?

Definitely scam - I have had this same email about 5 times now, and no-one has tried to ring !!
If you hover your curser over the email address you can see it is not a genuine one from Amazon.

I get this email nearly every day. I’ve marked as junk and blocked so they must be changing emails constantly to still get through.

I received the same email to an email address not associated with my amazon account. I sent the email to seller support and they confirmed it was a phising email.

Scam, had it sent to us quite a number of times. Ignore it. Anything this serious would be on your seller account when you logged in.
This email has an attachment which they are trying to get you to open. DO NOT OPEN IT!

That will be a virus. Don’t open any attachments to emails, unless it’s a PDF invoice that I am expecting.
