Featured Offer Issue when it suddenly has disappeared twice in 2 weeks

I have a product that is one of my top products all the sudden lose the featured offer. We manufacture this product ourselves and do not distribute it to any wholesalers. Of corse there is replicas but we have been number one on amazon for 10 years with this item. Amazon have resolved this issue but its happened twice in the last 2 weeks resulting in 7 days lost sales overall which is a lot of revenue.

Has anyone got any advice how can stop this. i already have a min and max price on the listing. I have the price cheaper than other sites so a little unsure what to do next.

yes resolved but they are not saying why its happening so worried its gonna happen again, have paused a present order as its now a glooming cloud over me.

Amazon doesn't share the specific details of the Featured Offer for a number of reasons. The way that the Featured Offer is calculated is very complicated and proprietary, and as such there is no specific actions that could be shared to guarantee the Featured Offer. has gone again. Been about 10 days again now. The top seller in the category for 7 years and now we suffering as its our top product gone. It comes back for a few days once someone intervenes but then seems overide by the system. What can we do to fix this?

There is no way to guarantee you will get the Featured Offer as offers are selected from a pool of sellers.

this is a product under our brand name that only we sell, we manufactured this and do not distribute to anyone else. No one else is selling a original branded product. We also do not sell it cheaper on other platforms. Its the number 1 product in this category for at least 5 years doing 1000 units+ and then suddenly its dieing for no reason. It cant be compared to a similar item thats cheaper because its the quality that we have manufactured which has a cost and why its become number one. Its almost like saying rayban sunglasses have lost the featured offer because someone else is selling sunglasses at 4.99. do you see my point? Jay

They are saying to sell the item half the price which would be a loss which is not possible obviously.
