But our customer contacted us many times and stated that he didn't receive any refund from us.
We received the mail from Amazon and the refund is already successful, then we let our customer contact Amazon Service or their bank company for further issues, but he insisted that he didn't receive any refund.
That's interesting! Is Amazon's refund system wrong? Or is our customer a liar?

If the item was cancelled before dispatch then no payment would have been taken so there will be nothing to refund.
Beyond that if you have refunded the order then the customer needs to contact Amazon customer services as Amazon were the one's who took any payment, not you.
If the customer is unwilling to contact Amazon customer services it would suggest they are trying it on.

As mentioned by @Seller_mS10UjVYuuGor, the buyer should contact the Customer Service to review it as stated in this Help Page for the Buyers:
Refunds> Late Refunds
"You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order summary page.
If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us."
He also said he had contacted Amazon service and his bank. That's the strangest point.
