product image reverts to old image

Hi,

I hope someone can help! I have 7 products from the same manufacturer. The products appear to randomly revert to older images that are no longer correct because the packaging changed. I have loaded the correct images to the product image editor, but they are never shown live.

I opened a case for the first one and Amazon successfully updated to the correct images. I have opened cases again, but now Amazon tells me that "someone else's image" is overriding mine. The issue here is that I am the ONLY seller and it is impossible for someone else to do this!

Case 16928869131 (rejected my request)

Case 16791872941 they completed successfully .

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can get the correct images to be displayed live?
