How to see return reasons and if I can resell the return?0

Hello.

I’m my first month into selling and have sold around 800 units.

Naturally, I have had a few return emails come through.

Do these take time to appear in reports or what?

I have checked ‘voice of the customer’ but all my reviews are ‘Excellent’

Hi Spencer

We have an urgent KYC verification request.

We are a seller with annual sales of £2 million. Normally, we're given 30 days to submit our KYC verification documents.

However, our account was closed on the first day, and all our listings are currently deactivated.

This is a significant impact on us, as we're currently experiencing Prime Day deals.

Our FBA inventory is valued at nearly £300,000, and we're desperately seeking your assistance.

Currently we submitted

- VAT filings must also include the submission receipt reference

Rest of other two documents they have already accepted
