Time to Say Goodbye. Enough is Enough!

After a 9 month struggle to get a deactivation lifted, I've simply had enough.

An ASIN got served a Section 3 despite it last being sold 11 months previously. We had no customer complaints or anything to suggest it wasn't authentic. Dealing with Seller Support has been incredibly frustrating bordering at times on crass stupidity of some of the agents.

Despite providing written evidence from the manufacturer and distributor testifying the ASIN authenticity (international businesses) and having been investigated by Amazon's own Disbursements Team (who found the ASIN to be authentic and released our funds) we've struggled to get Seller Support to take any of this in to account.

I've had enough. It's just not worth the hassle any more. Maybe one day, Amazon will stop treating it's sellers like cr*p and provide an escalation path beyond the inept beings in Seller Support. Unfortunately, I can't be held beholden to a business model where my livelihood can be taken away in this way. In a strange way, I now feel relief.
