Expanding to Amazon Belgium and Ireland
We are active with our own brand on 13 marketplaces of Amazon. We carefully crafted detail pages and variations. All good.
Now we can expand to Belgium and Ireland. For some reason, Amazon Retail created variations and added values to attributes that are completely incorrect.
We prohibit any seller or distributor to use Amazon Vendor Central as it only brings in trouble as the highest in hierarchy, even bypassing the brand owner...
So, I reach out to support. And because this concerns contributions by Amazon Retail, no one at Seller Central can remove these contributions.
Not even the brand owner.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I just want to create an exact copy of the 13 other marketplaces. I want to provide correct information. I want to ensure the customer enjoys logical variations.
There is no way for me to undo what Amazon Retail has created. And it seems to have been executed by people (or computers) who know nothing about our products.
It is an absolute downgrade of what we have been created.
I know - Amazon Support is restricted - especially at Seller Central - but as a brand owner I must somehow be able to solve these mysterious contributions on the highest level by Amazon Retail?
Anyone with an idea?
