Amazon has received your shipment and a discrepancy has been found
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I had 10 units of my product collected from my UK supplier by UPS courier. I contacted Amazon to ask why there is a delay in my shipment being received as this is now over a month. I have never had this problem before and its the same product, that I need to stock up my Inventory with, so all barcodes, all prepping is all done from my end. Just gets collected from my supplier. Please can you tell what is this all about. I paid for sponsored ads when I first launched this product, which did cost me, just so that I can get the product noticed, now with Amazon delaying this for a long time, my product as dropped massively down the ranks, and now I will need to spend again to get my product ranked high again.

When mine is short I simply upload an invoice and state x units packed, x units incorrectly counted please advise etc

its asking you to upload an invoice for your stock
presumably you sent 10 units but they have only counted in 9 or less ?
