One of my products was previously available to participate in the BD promotion, I basically plan ahead of time to participate in signing up for the BD promotion, but because of insufficient stock of the item, I manually cancelled it again after I chose to participate in the BD promotion, I remembered to have operated it 2-3 times. Subsequent to the item being in stock and having sufficient inventory, when I wanted to participate in BD again, I found that it didn't appear inside the BD promo list anymore, which has been going on until now. This item was eligible to participate in the BD promotion, and I guessed that it might have been my continuous cancellation of participation in the BD promotion that caused it to be dinged by the system and disqualified.
I'm a small seller and not too familiar with Amazon's policies. For the question of how to get an item to participate in the BD promotion, when I tried to ask for help from the Amazon staff, they would only tell me that it is up to the system to decide whether or not it can appear inside the BD promotion list, and they can't tell that. I'm really quite disappointed about this!
Thinking back to these 2 years, whenever I encountered a problem and needed help, it seemed almost impossible to get substantial help from Amazon officials, basically some fixed template responses, and the end result was often that I couldn't solve the problem myself and chose to give up. Or the problem was found by Amazon, quietly fixed, and then as if this thing did not happen.
But is this really good? I hope some Amazon staff noticed this problem, I really need your help!
