Repeated Design Infrigment Claims
Hello.. BACK in 2024 i received false design infringement claim from my competitor an my listing was removed.i took me 30 days to reinstate my listing, i submitted confirmation from UKIPO how my design/product is not infringing other seller along with related data, my appeal was accepted by Listing was activated.
Than next attack was copy right claim for images twice, which i defended again and my listing was activated.
in Sep 2025 Same seller has sent me design infringement complaint and amazon has removed listing again......... How a seller cant sent repeated and false claim on again and again??
