Buy Amazon Shipping -- Label Printing

After listening to the webinar and hearing about the Amazon shipping being a guarantee (allegedly) to keep the VTR OK I want to give that a try. However printing onto standard A4 paper then sitting with scissors and a roll of sellotape takes me back to the Stone Age, very time consuming and looks pretty cheap and nasty. (I am used to CnD with integrated sticky label)

Is there a way to print off Amazon Shipping labels onto some kind of “peel off” adhesive label in a similar way as to CnD

Get some A4 size adhesive sheets and put them in your printer, if you look around you should be able to find A4 sheets that are quartered, Print the label, peel and stick

If you’ve got a zebra printer you can still use that. You need to choose your shipping method and weight, it then gives you the option to click on label orientation there is an option to choose a label. I chose the 2nd option. Note that this option doesn’t appear prior to inputting packaging choice and weight.

I use A4 sheets 2 labels per sheet, landscape. Guillotine cut down the middle so I have two thin strips each with two labels on.

Once you print a load of labels turn the strips around and print on the remaining labels. Sounds complicated but I have been doing this for the Amazon labels (and through C&D) for years now, works perfectly for me. Pic attached (you can see where I have peeled one off)

Have you try this.
If you using 6 x 4 inch label printers like ZEBRA GK420D or another brand, you can print shipping 6 x 4 labels from any postage services. You just need to select the correct printer and you go.

If your pdf is not 6 x 4 inch like you buy services online from ROYAL MAIL you need to crop the PDF through pdf editor, it is easy and straight forward to print. I have done this on many occasions and its work easy and fine to print without a hassle.

If you have a ROYAL MAIL Click and Drop or online account, you get free 6 x 4 inch labels. If you don’t have an account it’s simple to open with no minimum order requirement.

Haven’t used amazon buy shipping yet as still waiting to get linked, but does anyone know if it is possible to amend mistakes in shipping addresses before printing the labels as you can in click and drop?

From the tracking help page… If using Buy Shipping, there is no action required. We automatically collect data on the carrier and delivery method used through this system.
1st and 2nd class available on buy shipping.
Surely this means we can use or why offer it?

On the screen it tells me I have 40 valid tracked items out of 1468, when I download the report, I only have 2. 514 of them were bought using buy shipping. 62 are in categories I dont sell in.

That tells me that none of it is set up right yet (and arguably shouldnt even be visible) and its best to wait until the 19th. It also tells me theres really no point keep arguing over things until they are working properly.

Hi All.

Does anyone know how to add the order number on the shipping label under customer reference like it is on click and drop.

Apologies didnt want to start another VTR royal mail thread but will do if needed.

Many thanks.
